The business plan that I have chosen is the car washing and detailing business to write about cause that is the business that I have been planning on opening once I graduate. Once I open my car wash and detailing business there will be more customer services like mobility, and customer discounts towards their next visit to my shop also there will be some new and advanced changes in the tire changing and balancing department and oil changes, and alignment technicians.

Once my business opens it will be well developed and designed to satisfy my customers to its fullest and its suppliers and the supporters from other leading companies like Auto Zone, Napa Auto parts, and the racing fan clubs and the classical car fans. Then my business will have all running materials, for me to have my business open for seven months to a year and longer. I will have all of the leadership from other supporters for me to keep open until I retire or I have passed away.
When coming to my business there might be the chance of a down fall of where I won’t have very many costumers to come into my shop and as well to make sure they are happy with the work quality for them to be a long time costumer. All of my materials will meet the standards by the OBOA laws and regulations of codes such as safety of my employees to have my business longer and to have it open for a longer period of time. There can be many different kinds of down falls of where my materials are not kept up to date and that my business will not be able to handle to keep open.
When it comes to the costumers of my business will they be satisfied with my products if not then I will lose many good loyal costumers and then my finances will have the biggest down fall to keep my business up running. Also when it comes to my business will I be able to afford to the bills like the electric, water, rent payments to keep my shop at its location and other recourses like my suppliers and my supports logos and their hand in the support of the send me customers through their company.
The biggest threat that I can see is that when I do open my business that there will be a lot of competition against other top leading companies across the world and over seas and the quality of the work that is being done to my customers cars or what ever they may be having me clean and fix. Another biggest threat that I can see is that if another business that dose the same kind of that my business dose can cause my customers to leave and also that if some odd reason that some one would come into my shop and steal any of my materials that I may not be able to be financially able to replace it or be able to finish the job on a customers vehicles.
The thoughts of owning a business comes down to this is that all the threats ,strength, weaknesses, and the opportunities is well worth it if you are willing to take the time to plan it all out and to be financially stable and to keep your mind set and willing to do the work and you also must have the skills of the trade like me I have eight years in the skill of detailing cars and that you want to have the will power to start your business in like veterinarian , Auto technician, Nurses aid, and there are many more business opportunities out there in the world as of today there are so many choices to choose from. Personally from me I have high hopes that my business will succeed to be able to branch out to many different locations across the United States and hopefully across the seas and other countries. Also the thought of owning a business can have its many down falls let alone the rent payments for a building or garages.
